I ran across this book recently in Elliot's classroom and his teacher let me borrow it for the weekend for three weeks.  It's called Let's Make Rabbits and by Leo Lionni.  Although he's very famous, I've never seen this particular book.  I thought the illustrations and particulary the use of printed paper was charming. 

I looked for some paper like it a few weeks back at Hollander's in Ann Arbor, but wasn't able to find any similar enough.  I thought some of the Brookfield Papers would do, but the ones they carried were all too large in scale.  If anyone has any resources for any similar papers, please let me know.  I thought the sweet rabbits were the perfect harbinger of Spring.
